Neem powder (Azadirachta indica) comes from a tree native to Southeast Asia. It has been used for centuries in Ayurveda due to its multiple benefits.

Internal use:

• Neem powder helps with colds and flu and has anti-asthmatic properties.
• It can also be used as an antiparasitic.
• In Ayurveda, it is administered for digestive problems such as bloating.
• It has anticancer properties.

Internally: mix a quarter of a teaspoon of powder with water or natural juice and consume 1-3 times a day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

External use:

• Recommended for the treatment and relief of acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
• Neem powder can be used dry or mixed with water or extra virgin olive oil to form a paste.
• To get rid of dandruff, mix Neem powder with water to form a paste, apply to the scalp with a gentle massage. Leave it on for 30-60 minutes and then rinse with water.
