Kalamata Olives 500g – vacuum packed, with pits. Kalamata olives, also known as Kalamon, are a characteristic product of southern Greece, found only in the Peloponnese. They are considered a gourmet delicacy, as they are large, fleshy, and intensely flavorful. They have a dark color. The olives come from a small producer in the Peloponnese, the Stamatakos family. They are handmade, processed with a special vacuum machine, and stored in specially made glass jars with a little extra virgin olive oil from the same production. The method of preserving Kalamata olives until consumption is traditional and has been passed down from generation to generation in the Stamatakos family. The olives retain all their characteristics, making them a delight for every meal.
