Kalamata olives vacuum-packed with reduced salt content, organic farming, 250g – with pits. Kalamata or Kalamon olives are characteristic of southern Greece, specifically the Peloponnese peninsula. They are considered a premium type of olive due to their size, flesh, and intense aroma. They are dark in color.
These olives come from a small producer in the Peloponnese region, the Stamatakou family. They are hand-picked, processed with a special vacuum machine, and stored in specially made glass jars, in extra virgin olive oil produced by the same producer. The preservation method of the Kalamata olives until consumption is traditional, passed down from generation to generation in the Stamatakou family. The olives retain all their qualities, making them a delight at every meal.
