    The shoe is very light, it fits like a sock, the material is very soft and breathable, its sole is also very good and flexible. You can do many exercises, yes, it is not for running but that doesn't mean you can't run or definitely do some crossfit exercises, some jumps, some step-ups and definitely weights. At the price I got them, I think they are worth it mainly because of the sole, both in grip and flexibility
