The X-Sense XH02-M standalone heat alarm uses an NTC thermistor to detect high temperatures, activating at 54–65 °C. It is suitable for areas such as kitchens and garages, where steam, smoke or dust may trigger false alarms in smoke detectors. On a Link+ Pro wireless network, it can connect to up to 24 detectors and activate connected devices when a heat hazard is detected.
The alarm has a sound level of at least 85 dB at 3 m. The device features a test and silence button, an LED indicator that synchronizes with the alarm, and an automatic self-test that alerts you to low battery power or a malfunction. It is powered by a sealed, non-replaceable lithium battery with a lifespan of up to 10 years.
