The ICON Ultraflite™ Carbon is designed for riders who demand high performance without compromise. Its hand-laid composite carbon fiber shell delivers exceptional strength at an especially low weight, while the updated Sport Fit, designed for intermediate oval-shaped heads, ensures a secure and comfortable fit.

Shell and protection

The carbon composite shell combines strength with reduced weight, helping provide greater comfort and less strain during long rides. The interior incorporates the MIPS protection system, featuring a special low-friction layer that allows 10–15 mm of multidirectional movement in certain angled impacts, with the aim of reducing rotational forces transferred to the head.

Visibility

The Ultraflite™ features a distortion-free clear shield with anti-fog protection and a positive locking system. The integrated tinted Dropshield Ultra™ provides additional protection from bright light and allows quick adjustment to changing light conditions.

Ventilation

The ventilation system includes 4 air intakes, including a chin vent with a design inspired by MX helmets, and 2 exhaust vents at the rear. Deep channels in the EPS liner enhance airflow, while the dual-channel Speedwing™ Supervent helps provide effective cooling while riding.

The removable breath deflector and chin curtain let you adjust airflow and help reduce noise and turbulence.

Comfort

The removable Hydradry™ liner wicks away moisture and provides a comfortable fit, while Ax® Suede details enhance comfort on long rides.

Connectivity

The helmet is compatible with the HELMLINK™ Bluetooth® communication system, available separately, providing communication and connectivity while riding.

Certifications

The ICON ULTRAFLITE™ Carbon meets DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.06 safety standards.
