Very good book, not at all heavy to read. It states truths in a simple and understandable way. The authors have not left any topic untouched. If someone intends to look at their personal life and contemporary reality through the eyes of such an experienced psychotherapist, it is worth buying. It also contains theological truths without being religiously fanatic or guilt-inducing. It does not offer magical solutions, but it is practical in the directions it gives. If you want magical solutions in 5 minutes, this is not for you!
