Proper Use for Reliable Results
- Measure at the center of the forehead, removing any hair, sweat, or dirt.
- Hold the thermometer at the correct distance from the forehead, as directed in the instructions.
- Aim steadily at the center of the forehead using the guidance light and wait until the measurement is complete.
- For comparable repeat readings, use the same spot and similar environmental conditions.
