Description

The Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile HyperSpeed redefines the concept of the slim gaming keyboard, combining top performance with an ultra-thin silhouette and offering dual wireless connectivity via HyperSpeed 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth. With a front height of just 18.5 mm, a sturdy 5052 aluminum construction, and dedicated AI control keys, it is the ultimate tool for pro-gamers seeking ergonomics, speed, and aesthetics without compromise.

HyperSpeed Wireless & Bluetooth Connectivity

Play without delays with Razer™ HyperSpeed Wireless 2.4 GHz technology, which offers unrivaled speed and stability. The Multi-device support feature allows you to connect a compatible Razer mouse to the same dongle, freeing up USB ports. At the same time, you can multitask with ease by switching the connection between 3 Bluetooth devices, making the keyboard the ideal choice for managing your entire device ecosystem.

Advanced AI Control and Multi-Function Roller

Optimize your workflow with the AI Prompt Master button, which offers instant access to AI platforms for text summaries or game guides. The keyboard also features a clickable roller and 11 control buttons, including 4 dedicated macro buttons. Whether you want to adjust the music volume or execute complex commands in-game, everything is at your fingertips for maximum efficiency and convenience.

Excellent Ergonomics and Aluminum Construction

With an extremely low profile and a front height of just 18.5 mm, the BlackWidow V4 ensures a neutral wrist position, reducing fatigue after hours of use. The sturdy surface made from 5052 aluminum alloy not only offers a premium feel but also exceptional durability. The combination of slim design and superior material quality makes it one of the most ergonomic and stylish mechanical keyboards ever made by Razer.

Optimized Acoustics and PBT Keycaps

The typing experience has been upgraded with lubricated stabilizers and double layers of sound-dampening foam beneath a steel plate. This ensures a clean sound without annoying resonance. The Doubleshot PBT keycaps feature a textured surface for better grip and are extremely resistant to wear and shine. The legends are optimized to allow Razer Chroma™ RGB lighting to shine brilliantly, offering perfect visibility in any environment.

Huge Battery Life and Snap Tap Technology

Never worry about charging, as the battery lasts up to 980 hours in power-saving mode. Through the illuminated number row, you can always see the battery status. Additionally, the keyboard supports Razer™ Snap Tap technology, which prioritizes the latest input command for instant direction changes in the game. For the most demanding users, it is upgradeable with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for a polling rate of up to 4K.

Review this product
  • I bought the keyboard together with a mouse from the same company. When I pair them so I can have one USB dongle connected to the computer, even with sleep mode disabled in Synapse 4, it goes to sleep on its own and then, to “wake it up,” forget it. So, after I connected both USB dongles to the computer, the problem was solved, but the keyboard battery dropped from 100% to 90% in no time, with the lighting off. I believe these are the first charges and it will probably improve—we’ll see. From what I’ve read, this problem disappears if the Razer Synapse software is completely uninstalled. A disappointing start for such an expensive keyboard and mouse...

15/9/2026 After using it for a while, I’ve found that in all modes—wireless, wired, with the app, without the app—the Y key and the right arrow key keep getting stuck like crazy, especially the arrow key. If I press it to move forward one letter at a time, it barely moves at all, as if it gets stuck at that point. If I hold it down, it freezes for a while and then starts working. I’ve tried changing ports and everything else one can do, and sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn’t... Personally, never Razer again. Very disappointing.

03/10/26 The keyboard was sent by the store to the distributor, and they confirmed that it does indeed have a problem. The bad thing is that there was no replacement unit available, so they issued store credit at the same shop, which had no Razer keyboards at all. I think it’s a major failure to issue store credit when they don’t have what you want to buy, and for a whole company not to have a keyboard to replace it with. I had it as a set with the mouse, which was not cheap at all, and now I’ll have to use a different keyboard and mouse. Most likely I’ll sell the mouse too and get one from the company that makes my new keyboard...
