Tempered glass is a hardened glass specially designed to cover and protect the mobile phone's screen from scratches and other damages. It does not affect the phone's functionality. In case of a fall, it provides additional protection, although it does not guarantee that the screen will not break. It features adhesive across its entire surface, unlike edge glue screens that have glue only around the perimeter. This makes it easier to apply and ensures smooth operation of the touchscreen. Additionally, it prevents dust from passing underneath, which can happen with edge glue screens when the perimeter adhesive wears out.
