    I bought it for a quick set and for work in the garden. There was a slight rust on one tool when it came out of the packaging, but it was brushed off with a wire brush and lightly oiled.

    I have various Total tools and overall I am satisfied with their quality in relation to their price. However, I find this specific set to be mediocre. 3 out of 3 were stuck as they came out of their packaging. Their packaging is a plastic-sealed case, so there was no doubt about their newness. I soaked them in WD40, resulting in the cutter and the needle-nose pliers becoming usable. The pliers still have an issue. For the 9 euros I spent, it is a complete amateur set regardless of its little problem.

    The wire cutter is nothing special, but it will get the job done with a little extra effort.
    The cutter is a total disappointment!! Its cutting ability is below average and if you want it for delicate work, it will disappoint. If you want to strip wires, it's better to get a wire stripper, you will do a better job.
