    I received the casserole dish on 23/12/25. When I opened it, I was pleased with my choice—large, sturdy, and very nice appearance. However, I later saw that it arrived damaged, a piece of enamel was missing. I decided not to return it because I needed it for Christmas Eve, but I want to express my complaint that its packaging was inadequate; it was wrapped in a simple nylon inside a very thin cardboard box. Naturally, it arrived as it did due to its weight and the transport, which was very difficult because of the holiday rush. In the end, the product may be good, but it saddens you that they do not respect your choice.
