Multipurpose Sleep Oil with Oregano Oil Fares, 10 ml

Properties: Oregano essential oil is made from wild oregano (Origanum vulgare), locally known as sovarb, a plant with a pleasant aromatic scent.

Ingredients: Wild oregano essential oil (Origani aetheroleum) chemotyped in carvacrol, prepared by steam distillation from the aerial parts of the Origanum vulgare plant.

Usage Instructions:

• Internal Use: The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup. The use lasts 7-14 days and can be repeated after a 2-week break.
• Children 7-14 years old: 1-2 drops, 3 times a day.
• Adults: 3 drops, 3 times a day.

• External Use:
• Inhalations: 3-4 drops of essential oil placed in a bowl with warm water and inhaled for 5-10 minutes while positioned over the bowl with the head covered with a towel.
• Diffusion in the room using diffusion or spraying.
• Application on cloth or cotton swab.

Massage: 1-2 drops of essential oil mixed with 10 ml of carrier oil (olive oil, grape seed oil, etc.). After massage, the oil should not be washed off for 6-8 hours.

Warnings: Do not use undiluted. Not recommended for internal use in cases of gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis, for pregnant and breastfeeding women, for children under 7 years old, or in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Avoid overdose, misuse, and contact with eyes.
