An essential briki for lovers of quality Greek coffee. Brewing coffee in this briki is nothing like brewing it in a classic stainless-steel briki. Its base is wide so the coffee can boil and release more of its aromas, while the middle is narrow so the kaimaki gathers at the top and goes into the cup. As a tip, here are the proportions for better Greek coffee: the coffee-to-water ratio should be 1 to 10 by weight. Just be very careful not to put it in the dishwasher, because the glaze will be damaged and sooner or later it will develop a hole or the handle will break (this happened to me).
