They are recommended to be put on in the morning, when the legs and ankles are rested and less swollen, and always in accordance with your doctor’s advice. For easier application, a light dusting of talcum powder and the special fabric foot pocket can be used. Gently unroll the stocking upwards without bunching it, ensuring it fits properly around the ankle and along the leg.
