Specifications
Tytan Professional roofing silicone sealant is designed for sealing and repairing roofs, as well as for sheet metal work. It is flexible and resistant to UV radiation and moisture. It can be used on chimneys, eaves, gutters, downpipes and roof window collars, as well as to repair minor leaks in bituminous roofing felt, roof tiles, corrugated sheets and trapezoidal metal sheets.
It can also be used to waterproof walls against moisture and for joints with movement of up to 10%. Curing time is approximately 15 minutes.
