The legislative developments of the last two years make the current edition necessary, as it has been updated with the changes brought about by:

a) The laws 4712/2020, 4714/2020, 4796/2021 (art. 147 of Law 4548/2018), 4811/2021 (art. 88), 4916/2022 (art. 35), 4965/2022 (art. 119), and 5193/2025 (art. 22) regarding the law of joint-stock companies,

b) The laws 4811/2021 (art. 21 of Law 3190/1955), 4872/2021 (arts. 6, 6A, 44), 4933/2022 (art. 38), and 4965/2022 (art. 10) regarding the law of limited liability companies,

c) The laws 4712/2020 (art. 71), 4872/2021 (arts. 46 and 103 of Law 4072/2012), and 4965/2022 (art. 69) regarding private capital companies,

d) The law of the General Commercial Registry and the procedures for establishing personal and capital companies (one-stop-shop services), replacing Laws 4635/2019 and 4441/2016 with Law 4919/2022,

e) In insolvency law, replacing Law 3588/2007 ("Bankruptcy Code") with Law 4738/2020 ("Debt settlement, second chance and other provisions").
