The 7artisans Magnetic UV Filter is a UV filter designed to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the blue hue of natural light. This filter minimizes unwanted blue reflections without adding extra colors or contrast, and no exposure adjustments are needed when using it.

To prevent internal ghosts and reflections, each glass surface includes multiple layers of anti-reflective coating. These coatings also provide greater protection for the magnetic filter and help maintain cleanliness for a longer period compared to filters without protective coatings.

The magnetic UV filter is made from K9 optical quality glass for enhanced clarity and color fidelity, and features an aluminum ring for durability while remaining lightweight.

It is also useful as a general protective, clear filter that can remain permanently attached to lenses. Such filters help reduce dust and moisture reaching the front element of the lens, offering additional protection in case of drops or situations where scratches may occur.
