This knife, because it is one and not a set of six as shown in the second photo, is as sharp as its price.

The best in its class. With the right sharpener, it becomes sharp as a scalpel and cuts tomatoes as if they have no skin. The most useful knife in the kitchen.

Classic value, at this price there shouldn't be better ones. Sharp and hold the edge well, two or three passes every few uses on the ceramic side with a Euro sharpener (like this: https://www.skroutz.gr/s/32281445/Akonistiri-CHeiros-me-1-Epipedo-09294.html) and they cut excellently for years.

The only drawback is that the blade does not go through the entire handle, so it's not for very high forces.

I searched for it on Scroutz just to rate it. We have it at home for about 25 years, it has never been sharpened even once and it still cuts very well. I don't think there is anything more value for money in a knife.
