One of the main advantages of the Freezer 36 is the inclusion of the special Contact Frame for LGA1700 and LGA1851 sockets. This frame replaces the motherboard mechanism to prevent processor deformation from pressure, improving thermal contact and reducing mechanical stress. Additionally, Arctic introduces a smart "click" system for mounting the fans, which eliminates traditional clips. This makes installing or replacing the fans extremely simple and quick, even if the cooler is already mounted inside the case.

The cooler is equipped with two P series fans, known for their high static pressure, which is ideal for pushing air through the cooler’s fins. The fans feature 12 independent A-RGB LEDs each, offering impressive colors that can be synchronized with all popular motherboard manufacturers’ technologies. Thanks to German-engineered bearings with special lubricant, the fans operate with minimal friction, reducing noise and significantly increasing their lifespan, while the cooler’s open side design allows additional fresh air intake for even better results.
