Durostick aquarium sealant is an acrylic polymer in mastic form, with adhesive and anti-mould properties. It is odourless, contains no solvents and remains elastic after application. It can be painted or left unpainted without losing its colour.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it can be applied to porous surfaces without a primer, provided that at least one of the surfaces is porous. It is used for grouting, securing and waterproofing plumbing and electrical components, as well as sealing marble, stone, cement and plasterboard. For wide joints, a joint backing cord is recommended. Do not apply to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon.
