    Now the following may be read as an advertisement, but it is my own opinion.

    Compared to other cast aluminum cookware, they are completely different in several points.
    1) They are much heavier (this may not be positive)
    2) They have integrated handles that, although they get hot (when the heat source is gas), someone can hold them with bare hands.
    3) They can go in the oven up to 220 degrees.
    4) They cook very economically because once the water/food starts boiling, you lower the heat gradually and put the lid on, while the water/food continues to simmer. This was very impressive.
    5) The food can stay warm for up to 3 hours (temperature of September).
    6) The flavors are preserved and remain in the food, resulting in much tastier dishes. We have even started reducing the salt, as the flavors of the ingredients in the food hit the palate.
    7) In the end, what you pay for - you get, and this applies here too!
