single band in the era of dual & triple band. No Wi-Fi mesh. Yes, it has PoE but with a PoE injector (so you also need space for the adapter and an extra socket in the rack area). Very old technology now. I wouldn't recommend it even as a cheap solution

For a 120 sqm house with a 100 Mbps internet connection, adding an access point was inevitable. Although it operates on 2.4 GHz instead of 5 GHz, it provides stable coverage for all rooms based on my configuration. The Omada app is easy to use and quite comprehensive.

For a 38sqm studio apartment, plus some outdoor spaces, it's great. Especially since it also creates its own network with its own name, which I wanted.

Quite good, a bit challenging at first as it does not come with an Ethernet cable (PoE), until we realized that our own cable was not compatible after a long search, but once we used the correct 8-pin cable, it worked right away. Very easy to install the SSID and password. Purchased for rental rooms. Bought based on the reviews we saw and because TP-LINK has powerful devices. It will be tested to see if it withstands the test of time

    I won't say much.
It does its job, it's nice, has a great range, doesn't require a restart or even worse, a reset like other tplink devices I have or had in its place.
However, what bothers me is the installation, but maybe I'm just a little curious myself:
As a dinosaur, I usually know where to install the device, I throw away the settings in which network I change the static IP, and when I connect it to a client's network, it works.

Here, things change a bit. The AP doesn't have a static IP. You have to connect it to a router with DHCP so that it can get the IP, enter through the URL written on the back, which didn't work for me, so I had to find which IP this device has taken in a chaotic network with many TP Link devices and then configure it.

For the price, it is quite good. You can set it up as the same network as your original wifi so that it doesn't change, but you can also make it separate in case you want to connect a device to a different network than your home's. Overall, very good quality and the POE (power over ethernet) function is really useful. It is also very aesthetically pleasing.

Quite stable for TPLINK, big downside is that it has a max dbm of 19 and it doesn't change even if you change the country to unlock more power. It could adequately cover a 120sqm house with 24 dbm.

This Access point was installed in a professional space at a height of 8 meters. As for the range and speed, it was quite satisfactory at 90mbps out of the advertised 100mbps. Unfortunately, every week for 3 days it would constantly reset, resulting in it reverting back to factory settings. I sent it to TP-LINK, but they couldn't find any issues (most likely because they only kept it for 2 days). When it returned from TP-LINK, it continued to do the same thing, making it frustrating. The product was returned to the store where it was purchased.

    Update:
I received the replacement access point, which ended up having the same problem when it was connected. After a week of troubleshooting, the issue was found to be with the 40-meter Ethernet cable, which had some damage causing it to send a reset signal over PoE due to a short circuit in the cable
