Usage Method: Internal use: Adults take 30 ml daily in 3 doses, before or after meals. The maximum dose for adults is 50 ml daily. It can be taken undiluted or diluted in mineral water, tea, or juices. The treatment lasts 6 weeks. After a 2-week break, the treatment can be repeated. For children over 6 years of age, the dose is 14-20 ml daily, also in 3 doses.

External use: rubbing, compresses, massage, tampons, steam inhalations.
