Bondex Protection is a matt, water-based impregnating wood stain suitable for indoor and outdoor surfaces. Its microporous pigments penetrate the wood, enhance its grain and protect it from UV radiation, weather conditions and rain. It does not form a film on the surface and protects against blue stain and fungi, while Long Effect slow-release technology releases active ingredients when needed.
Apply to timber and outdoor wooden surfaces using a brush, by dipping or with an airless sprayer, in 2–3 coats. The surface must be clean and free of dirt, algae, mould and loose material. Untreated softwood outdoors must first be treated with Bondex Preserve. Touch-dry time is 6 hours. Recoat after 16 hours at 23°C and 60% relative humidity.
