The Revopoint MetroY Pro scanner digitizes objects using multi-line laser scanning and full-field structured light technology. It supports handheld and desktop scanning, with five operating modes and volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm × L (m). It scans objects ranging from 10 × 10 × 10 mm to 1 × 1 × 1 m, at speeds of up to 1,700,000 points per second with laser and 7,000,000 points per second with structured light.

Its 34 blue cross-lines, 15 parallel lines, single line, and 62-line full-field pattern support different scanning tasks. Cross-Lines mode is suitable for selected dark and glossy surfaces, while Single-Line mode captures the geometry of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas using markers. Spraying is not required for selected dark and glossy surfaces, while spray can be used for metallic, highly reflective, or transparent surfaces. The scanner connects via Wi-Fi 6 or USB-C, and Revo Metro software supports export in PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats.
