The Fiskars cutting board set includes two thick bamboo boards and one removable plastic board. The grooved bamboo board catches bread crumbs, while the flat board is suitable for chopping vegetables, fruit, herbs, meat and cheese. The plastic board fits onto the bamboo board and is suitable for preparing fish and onions.

The bamboo boards are treated with linseed oil, do not absorb water and dry quickly. The silicone feet and stopper provide stability on the countertop, while the stopper helps remove residue and clean the knife blade. The boards stack for easy storage; hand washing is recommended for the bamboo boards.
