Celtic salt comes from the Atlantic, in France, along the coast of Brittany. It is harvested using the Celtic method, which means only wooden tools are used for extraction and drying, without any metal. The salt is naturally dried in the sun. Being an unrefined salt, it contains all 84 trace elements found in seawater and in our body.

Its grey and moist appearance makes it difficult to be confused with other salt varieties.
