The Hliofan GLASS electric water heaters are made of high-strength steel and feature only one seam. They are enamelled according to DIN 4753/T3 for absolute protection against corrosion.

- Insulation made of molded ecological polyurethane foam, 25 mm thick, high density [40Kg/m3].
- Electric resistance with safety thermostat.
- Magnesium anode for protection against electrolysis.
- Internal protection of the water tank with double enamelling at 860 °C.
- Water tank made of special steel sheet, 2 mm thick, with a test pressure resistance of 15 bar.
- External casing made of steel sheet, 0.7 mm thick, with electrostatic painting at 200 °C.
