    I'm a die-hard Milwaukee user and I've never been so disappointed with a tool! The tool hasn't worked for more than 4-5 hours total in 2 years and the chuck broke—it was spinning wildly at times. (soft product I'm screwing). The company's response was that it has been under a lot of stress and the chuck will only come out with the gears and it's not worth it. I thought they hadn't even seen the tool when they told me about stress; it's like new. After this, I'm considering switching the entire line and I have a very large collection.
