Description

This Multicode volume has been prepared in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision no. 29240 οικ./21-05-2025 (Government Gazette 23/23-05-2025/ASAP Issue), which announced the 4th Entrance Examination for the selection of trainee judicial employees of all categories (PE, TE, DE). Until the new announcement is issued, preparation continues to be based on the syllabus of the previous entrance examination, as is the case in every session.

The 5th Extraordinary Entrance Examination of the NSJ for judicial employees is expected to be announced in the first ten days of January 2026, in accordance with article 99 of Part "Urgent Regulations", Chapter A "Pension Regulation" (articles 81–102), of the draft law of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance. The draft law was under public consultation until December 8, 2025, on the Ministry’s website. With the publication of the new examination syllabus, this Multicode will be updated in 2026.

The extraordinary examination exclusively concerns the 5th educational series of judicial employees and those who succeed are required to serve for at least seven years in their appointed position. The 6th regular entrance examination of NSJ for judicial employees is expected to be announced in May 2026.

The First Part includes the examinable syllabus of the subject "Topic related to the organization and operation of the courts and prosecutor’s offices, including elements of the Code of Judicial Employees [Law 4798/2021 (A’ 68)], the Code of Organization of Courts and Status of Judicial Officers [Law 4938/2022 (A’ 109)], and the Statute of the Audit Court [Law 4820/2021 (A’ 130)]," as these laws are in force, for all educational categories DE, TE, and PE.

The Second Part includes the examinable syllabus of the subject "Elements of law, especially constitutional and procedural law," as the laws stand, for all educational categories DE, TE, and PE. You can have this handbook with you during the written examinations. Additionally, where necessary, provisions to which the syllabus refers have been added in order to fully support the candidates' preparation.

Finally, I would like to thank you for the trust you have shown all these years in your studies.
