The MOTOWOLF MDL-3703 Crash Bar Protector is a high-quality protective crash bar block, designed to reduce motorcycle damage in case of a fall or slide. Made from engineering plastic Nylon 6 (PA) reinforced with fibers, it offers resistance to impact, heat, and wear, without producing sparks upon contact with the road surface. Unlike metal protectors, it does not leave marks on the bars after a fall.

The protector is mounted directly onto the crash bars and is compatible with pipes of 22mm, 25mm, and 28mm diameter, making it ideal for models such as Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, GS, ADV, and other motorcycles. The package includes all necessary mounting accessories, so installation is easy and quick, requiring no additional tools.

Installation Instructions (in Greek)

• Select the correct spacer diameter according to the diameter of the crash bar (22mm / 25mm / 28mm).
• Place the protective block onto the crash bar at the desired protection point.
• Ensure the protector fits properly and aligns fully with the crash bar pipe.
• Insert the M5x25 screws and secure them with the nuts.
• Use the 4mm allen key to tighten the screws, without over-tightening.
• Check that the protector is firmly secured and does not move.

Note: For complete motorcycle protection, 2 pieces are required (left & right).
