Description & Specifications

Isomat’s DUREBOND is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy system used as a bonding bridge to connect fresh concrete to old concrete. It is also used as an injection resin for concrete cracks and as an aid for embedding and anchoring reinforcement. It bonds to concrete and steel and can also be applied to damp substrates.

To mix, add all of component B to component A and mix for approximately 5 minutes. The mixing ratio is 100:20 by weight. As a bonding bridge, apply a generous coat with a roller or brush, then place the fresh concrete or mortar within 90 minutes at +20 °C. The ideal application temperature is +15 °C to +25 °C. Clean tools immediately with SM-27 thinner.
