Quick Release Arca-Swiss Mechanism

The SmallRig 5227 features an advanced Arca-Swiss quick release mechanism, allowing instant attachment of the camera to the battery plate without the use of tools. The Arca-Swiss base is equipped with an adjustable locking lever, ensuring compatibility with most plates on the market and allowing direct mounting of cages or handles. Additionally, the base is retractable (extendable), so it can precisely adapt to mirrorless cameras of different sizes, maintaining the stability of your setup.

Multifunctional Power Hub with USB-C 65W

The V-mount plate functions as a central power hub, featuring strategically placed D-Tap and USB-C ports. The USB-C port supports bidirectional PD 65W charging, allowing the plate to also serve as a charger for the V-mount battery itself. The power outputs enable simultaneous powering of multiple devices (camera, monitors, wireless transmitters) without obstructing the operation of the top handle or the camera itself, offering a clean and efficient workflow.

Rotating 180° Design and Safety

The battery plate offers an innovative 180° rotating design: 0° for compact storage, 90° for low-profile shooting, and 180° for full access to the camera's LCD screen. The stainless steel gear-lock mechanism guarantees stable holding without wobbling, while the built-in damping system prevents the battery from dropping suddenly during rotation.
