The concentrated degreasing solution for heated parts washers 20L is intended for use in heated parts washers and can be used as is or diluted in hot water up to 60°C. A dilution of 20% in water is recommended.
It contains non-ionic surfactants in a percentage of 5-15% and has a density of 1032 kg/m³ at 20°C, with a pH of 8. The product is non-flammable, with a flash point above 60°C, while the boiling point is 107°C. It should be stored at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, for a maximum duration of 6 months.
The formula is designed to effectively separate fats and hydrocarbons and to leave a protective film on the parts after cleaning. Due to its neutral pH, it is compatible with various types of parts, metal alloys and materials such as rubber.
