Excellent paste. It is simply incredible. Don't buy OEM from random stores, bite the bullet and give 2-3 euros extra for this one. It will definitely come out in a better version in the future. It stabilizes temperatures perfectly. Compared to the previous one, it reduced all the clock fluctuations of the graphics card, which was thermal throttling at 88 with an OEM paste that was 1 year old without heavy use. As soon as I changed the paste, it dropped to 86, full performance and zero fluctuations.
On the processor, even better. It dropped 6-7 degrees and stayed there. Now the PC has stopped sounding like an airplane when it is just idle. And it is also very easy to apply, it spreads wonderfully with the pressure of the heatsink.

Paste replacement on a 6-year-old laptop in a Cinebench test where the processor was reaching over 95 degrees now it does not go above 80 and so performance is not reduced because of the temperature. It really is very thick, but in my case, as a beginner and changing paste for the first time, I found it very convenient for spreading with a glove without making a mess or making the spreading difficult; of course, I imagine that on a desktop, where you want the "pea" to spread over the processor, this means nothing, but I assume that with the pressure that will be applied the paste will spread on its own satisfactorily. I did not use the wipes much; I recommend using isopropyl alcohol (pure alcohol) for cleaning, which you can find in pharmacies and is generally useful to have at home.

It is not for miners or devices with overclocking, it does not maintain low temperatures, but for processors with undervolt or graphics cards they are more convenient for long-term use.

It is not as thick as the previous MX-6, has better cooling performance with easier application! The wipes cleaned the dried thermal paste well. But let the alcohol evaporate completely for one or two minutes before applying the new paste.

I used to have the MX4 which was TOP in its time, now the 7, what can I say, it's the best. In the photo I show the BEFORE with MX-4 applied 2 days before I put the MX-7 and the AFTER with MX-7. You can see the differences for yourselves. The CPU I have is one of those that run at 80-85 to 90 degrees on load.
