Excellent product. It delivers what it promises, i.e. about a 30% increase in strength, as well as increased endurance. This is the 4th box I have used. The 5g daily dose is considered particularly sufficient for moderate to intensive training. Build quality is above all, based on the multitude of standards and quality assurance used by the company. A downside is the sandy texture if you take it only with water. I stopped that and now take it with skim milk and whey protein, as a mid-morning snack, so the sensation is minimized BUT not eliminated. Finally, the box comes half full without me understanding the reason; the one I ordered from the USA came filled to the top! Lastly, the included 3.4g scoop is useless since we use 5g!

Personally, I prefer the unflavored version and not the flavored ones. After four days of use, 3 grams per day, I noticed that my muscles have gradually started to fill out and look denser. Of course, I try to make all my meals as high in protein as possible, and my strength has also increased. At the gym, I can handle heavier loads more easily without getting tired quickly, resulting in me doing 20 to 30 reps comfortably. The fact that I saw a difference so quickly may be because I am experienced with weights, I just had stopped for several years and now started again since I set up a gym at home. If you are reading this, don’t skip your creatine dose any day, even on days you don’t train—take your dose of 3 to 5 grams of creatine as usual

Awesome creatine. Don't pay attention to dosages, those are for little guys. It says 1 scoop (3g) per day but now that I'm loading I take 3 scoops (9g) and in about 3 weeks I'll go into maintenance (6g). But I'm 104kg and 1.94m so that matters. The secret is to be a soldier with your diet and always be in a caloric deficit.

The solubility is much worse than Biotech's no matter how much I tried (e.g. more stirring, warm water, etc.). So that's why it loses 2 stars. Other than that, it's okay, it offers the usual benefits of creatine.

First time I buy creatine from this particular company and I can say I had high expectations seeing the reviews. After a month, the creatine developed a chemical smell and had to be thrown away. I know that humidity may have played a role in this, but at such a price I would at least expect it to have a silica gel like all supplements that respect themselves and don't let humidity ruin their product.

The only creatine you can drink with just water, all the others are harder to dissolve and always leave a taste and texture while with this one you don't feel anything in terms of texture and in terms of taste you can't say it's bad since you barely notice it

It smells like plastic.. it doesn't dissolve even with hot water.. it's all granules.. not stone, but you'll get gemstones in your kidneys if you take it for a month straight

After consistent use, I have noticed differences in strength, clarity, and recovery, at levels I think are higher and more distinct than other creatines. Slightly less solubility than ideal, but I don't know to what extent density itself can be a criterion of product quality, and how further dilution, while practical, could indicate inferior effectiveness.

The only thing that bothered me a little is that it is not tasteless as they say... it actually has quite a strong taste and is quite bitter when you drink it with plain water.

Excellent. There is no problem at all, just to point out that it is not tasteless. It has a bitter taste when combined with plain water and there is nothing else (like protein) to mask its taste.
However, you can take it with any juice or even with coffee and you won't notice any significant difference in taste.
Also, the packaging I received did not have the plastic film with the hole that another user rightly pointed out; instead, it had a paper-like cardboard which made it a bit difficult for me to open.

I won't even discuss it. The best I've ever had and I've tried almost all of them. When we say tasteless, we mean truly tasteless, not like some others that claim to be tasteless but have a sourness or a chemical taste. If I didn't know it had creatine in it, I would say the water isn't mixed with anything. Very good as far as the stomach is concerned. I'm waiting to see results in the coming weeks/months.
