Description

How can life be peaceful when everyone thinks “the bad guys are in prison”? In a city where the Prisons are full and the “unfree” serve their sentences alone at home [prison@home program]; In this city, foreign Guards are called Friends and teach choreographies.

The “free” ones live in containers and intelligent ten-year-olds are sent abroad for studies. The catechists are connected to homes, and the copyright of a country's history has been stolen.

The city is divided from the sea by a Wall. The Friends keep the city clean, the trash-eating creature “cleans” the homeless, the elections every year are never-ending parties, and History is a black cloud with few bright moments…

A house in the city center, home and prison of the “unfree” Xenia, is monitored by cameras. In the North, informants have panic attacks and secretly undergo psychotherapy via Skype, while new companies are being built—some even Human-Friendly.

Great Germany-New Ellana-Galatia-AngloTerra-Old Europe, year 2040 AD. Prisoners, Guards, Informants, and Catechists intertwine in each other's lives. Xenia, Ingrid, Melina, and Aris are caught in the same 3% spiral. The four walk together on a path that leads either to annihilation or to the so-called “cave people.” Is there hope for imprisoned humanity? Maybe the “cave people” have the answers… Maybe so does the performance “The 3%.”
