Kalamata olives marinated in vinegar, vacuum-packed, organic 250g - with pit. Kalamata olives, also known as Kalamon, are characteristic of southern Greece and can only be found in the Peloponnese. They are considered a fine delicacy, as they are large, full, and have a strong aroma. They have a dark color.
The olives offered come from a small family producer in the Peloponnese, the Stamatakou family. They are hand-picked, processed with a special vacuum machine, and stored in specially made glass jars with a little extra virgin olive oil produced by the same family. The preservation method for Kalamata olives until they are ready for consumption is traditional, passed down from generation to generation in the Stamatakou family. The olives retain all their qualities, making them a delight in every meal.
They are marinated in red wine vinegar, with a unique and delicious taste.
