The list is misleading against itself, since this pack contains 4 sets, so total its 4x4 = 16 seperate pieces as a photo shows (see my attached photo). 4 of the 16 have a small hole for the microphone which is correct. I installed 4 pieces on my cameras so i left with 12 more pieces for the future. Its more like a clear plastic film. The only negative is that it seems that they move quite easily since their glue is not too powerfull and i find myself moving them back on spot like 3 times per week. Excellent price like 4 for 16 pieces. You can give the half of them to a friend that has the same phone or camera dimensions.
