The neck warmer of the company Brandit is an essential accessory for the motorcycle rider as it can be used in various ways such as a wristband, bandana, forehead band, etc. It effectively protects the neck from the cold and maintains body temperature. See Description & Specifications
It is generally considered useful and comfortable, with good breathability and adequate basic protection. It is also said to be usable as a mask. However, some find it too tight for larger heads and feel that the thin material does not offer enough protection for motorcycling.
I would say it's decent basic protection! Okay, if you want more durable material and better protection, you have to go up in price
