I got it for the map, and the map images inside, which however have small letters and I would have preferred them to be full-page.
    This one https://www.dndbeyond.com/resources/1782-map-of-faerun
    which shows this area https://www.aidedd.org/atlas/images/faerun-7990-5635.jpg
Nothing special, some of these or even more you will find on the Forgotten Realms wiki on the internet. For example, the one page it has for each deity cannot be compared to the articles https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Shar The same goes for the regions https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Baldur%27s_Gate?
In general, there is no advantage to the book while it is better when you see it in digital form, especially the maps.
    8 Subclasses, 18 Backgrounds, 34 Feats, 19 Spells, 3 Magic Items, 12 Items, 2 Monsters it says.
If you like reading from books more, I recommend it.
Alternative cover so I don't see Minsc.
3 stars also because we are talking about a board game that, with its many mediocre books, has the value of a soap opera as a game.
I was watching videos about the history of dnd and at first it says they didn't intend to release anything other than the rules. But because others started releasing ready-made adventures and made money, TSR also got into the game and started releasing ready-made adventures and worlds. That is, the soap opera is the bad side effect of the evolution of war games. It's not like none of them had heard of Cervantes.

I suggest instead of this you prefer the Shadow of the Dragon Queen Guidebook Alt Cover while it still exists.
