The Deuter Aircontact Lite 45 + 10 SL trekking backpack has a capacity of 45 litres, expandable by 10 litres, and is designed for multi-day hikes, long-distance trails and trips with gear. The SL version is designed for the female anatomy, as well as for people with a narrower build and shorter back. The Aircontact Lite back system features open-cell foam padding and a ventilation channel, while the X-frame distributes the load and the VariQuick adjustment lets you customise the back length.

The ergonomic ECL hip belt fins, which adjust forward, help provide a secure fit and transfer the load to the hips. The backpack has an adjustable sternum strap, stabiliser straps, elastic front and side pockets, an internal stretch compartment for wet clothes or a hydration system, a valuables pocket, an SOS label, a removable divider in the main compartment and a detachable lid. It includes loops for trekking poles and an ice axe, and is compatible with a 3-litre hydration system.
