The SINOTIMER SMQ5-63 / 4P switch is designed for safe transfer between two three-phase power sources, such as the electrical grid and a generator or three-phase converter. It ensures continuous power supply to consumers with automatic switching to the backup source in case of primary source failure.

The switch simultaneously transfers all three phases and the ground, providing complete isolation between sources and high operational safety.

In automatic mode, it monitors the normal power source, and when voltage fails in one or more phases, the load is automatically transferred to the backup source. After restoring voltage to the main source, the switch automatically reverts.

In manual mode, the user can directly select the desired source via the front lever.
