Higuchi Kiyotaka has reached the edge of despair. Once a rising star in the field of cardiovascular surgery, a traumatic incident derailed his career and led him into a decline. Every night, he drowns his sorrows in alcohol, but one particularly depressing evening, he is approached by a mysterious man who calls himself Tenju: a gigolo who offers him a night of escape.
