Plakias Cretan Groves Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Early Harvest comes from selected organic olive groves in Crete and belongs to the superior category of olive oils.

It is produced from the Koroneiki variety, which is known for its low acidity, high polyphenol content, and intense yet balanced aromatic profile. The olives are carefully harvested and immediately transported to the mill, where the oil extraction is carried out on the same day using the cold pressing method, ensuring maximum quality and nutritional value.

The cultivation is done with respect for the environment, without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The olive oil is stored in special tanks and bottled in modern facilities under strict hygiene conditions, certified with ISO 22000:2018.
