​Pros:
​The machine arrived in good condition and with the expected features (32GB RAM and touch screen) except for the battery health, which for grade A should be above 80% but is only 57%!!
​Problems during setup (Comments on technical preparation):
​TPM 2.0 Disabled: The laptop was delivered with TPM disabled in the BIOS, resulting in Windows 11 not recognizing system compatibility and blocking all critical security updates.
​Expired Windows Version (End of Service): The pre-installed version of Windows was very old, which, combined with the disabled TPM, made automatic updating via Windows Update impossible.
​Driver Issues (Audio): Due to outdated software and lack of updates, there was an initial inability to recognize the speakers, which requires manual intervention and time-consuming upgrade via Installation Assistant and Dell Command Update.
​Conclusion:
Although the hardware is top-notch, the technical preparation (software/BIOS configuration) before sale was inadequate, requiring advanced knowledge from the user to make the laptop functional

The laptop I received was not Grade A, so I had to return it.
It came with the SmartCard slot broken,
~60% remaining battery capacity instead of 80+%,
it was repainted so the touchpad didn't register multi touch input and the keyboard keys didn't let the blacklight through (the original letters underneath the paint could be discerned),
no touchscreen,
no screen backlight dimming and no 360° hinge support.

If the above don't bother you though, it is a very decent laptop
