For the optimization of vitamin absorption and their protection from oxidation, the formulations of the Black Range product line have been enhanced with the addition of three lyophilized plant extracts and BioPerine®:
- Olive leaf extract: Contains 6% oleuropein, a substance belonging to the iridoid category and naturally found in olive leaves. Oleuropein is widely known for its strong antioxidant properties.
- Elderberry fruit extract (Elderberry, Sambucus nigra): Contains 6.5% anthocyanidins, natural pigments belonging to the flavonoid category. They are known for their strong antioxidant activity and their role in supporting the body's natural defense mechanisms.
- Tomato extract: Contains 10% lycopene, a carotenoid known for its strong antioxidant properties that can benefit health by protecting against oxidative stress.
- BioPerine®: BioPerine® is a patented standardized extract obtained from black pepper, which contains at least 95% piperine. Piperine is a bioactive component of black pepper that has been studied for its potential role in supporting the bioavailability of certain nutrients such as plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants.
