The DEWALT DT4945 5-piece drill bit set is designed for drilling metal and features specially shaped cutting edges for precise, round holes with smooth edges. The core, which thickens towards the shank, increases resistance to breakage, while the three milled flats ensure a secure grip. The bits start drilling without pre-centring and produce virtually burr-free holes.

They are made from a cobalt alloy and high-speed steel containing 5% cobalt. Suitable for corded and cordless drills, they can be used on steel, cast iron up to 1100 N/mm2, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel and heat-resistant steel.
