They say that riding a bicycle is not taught in seminars. You have to learn it by riding it. There are some things you learn in theory, some you learn better in practice, and some you learn only in practice. Here, however, we are not talking about "some things," but about sciences, specifically the science of Psychology.

Mistakes in Health professions are unforgivable. Lack of experience can cause serious problems and be the root cause of additional issues. Fortunately, we have invented books, and so the experience of the old can be stored and turned into knowledge that can save us from a lot of problems.

In every science, we learn the basics and the details at school, at University, and then comes Approach and, of course, experience to teach us all those things that no book can. Supposedly, we gain this experience through practice, but practice in Greece for psychologists, let's be honest, is merely observation. It's like watching videos on YouTube. It is not at all, while it should be, like the practical training of doctors. Rarely do you take on real cases under the supervision of an experienced psychologist. The nature of the work also makes even observing the session difficult. Certainly, there are people who would agree if asked to have one or two more people in the session to observe, but most clients/patients prefer their privacy when revealing their inner selves.

This book aims to be the most valuable assistant for new psychologists and to help them take their first steps correctly and without mistakes.
